Information we collect

If you register for a webinar through this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, current status, healthcare education or experience and your interest in rural Ontario relocation.

If you submit your professional details and resume, we also collect your city and province, healthcare field, education, years of experience, employment status, preferred regions, any comments you add and the resume file you upload.

If you contact us by telephone or email, we receive the information you choose to share with us in that message.

Resumes and document uploads

Resumes are stored in private storage. They are not published, are not listed publicly and are not shared with employers. Authorised SkilzCanada staff review them for webinar follow-up, career-related review and consultation follow-up.

Please send us your resume only. Do not upload passports, SIN cards, immigration documents, banking records, health records or other government identification. If you send a document of that kind, we will delete it.

How we use information

Information you send us is used to respond to your enquiry, to arrange a consultation and to provide the consulting services you request.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except where it is necessary to deliver a service you have asked for, or where we are required to do so by law.

Technical information

When you submit a form we record a one-way cryptographic hash derived from your network address. It is used only to limit automated and abusive submissions. We do not store your network address itself, and the hash cannot be converted back into one.

Website analytics and cookies

This website does not currently set advertising cookies or track visitors across other websites. If analytics are introduced, this policy will be updated first.

Professional confidentiality

Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants are subject to professional obligations regarding client confidentiality. Information shared with us during a consultation is treated in line with those obligations.

Access and corrections

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
